Description: Skarlett is the Darwin based Australian teen pop-punk sensation climbing the popularity wave on JJJ's unearthed and soon to be an ABC's rage.
This quick promo shot was taken just a half hour after we completed shooting their pool party music video for the track "Doesn't Matter Anyway"
Hot from the set and without changing clothes we took the band and their entourage to a small valley just outside Bayview to get a few photos done.
The video for their single was shot completely with Canon DSLR's ( 5D MKIII, 5D MKII and 7D ) I simply unrigged the 7D to take the photos after our final scene.
There's something to be said for the versatility of a DSLR, we do the same when shooting videos down at the local race track too! As long as you understand the limits of the hardware you can make some great stuff with just one camera, almost an all-in-one tool.
Camera: Canon 7D
Lens: Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L
